A place where kids can be rooted and grow in love!
We are first and foremost rooted and established in Love, committed to supporting and encouraging each child and family to grow in their faith, and focused on empowering them to know all kids are important, precious, and impactful parts of God's kingdom.
Rooted typically runs every Sunday during service times. Kids can expect a time for singing, games, activities, and a lesson on God’s love.
Our two areas are structured to help kids of all ages have a place where they can feel safe, learn, and have fun!

Our mission is to see kids be rooted and growing in love (like it says in Ephesians 3:17). Kamijha is our faithful leader.

Each of our volunteers undergoes a background check, receives training, and follows check in and out procedures to keep your kids safe while at Found.

Our games, activities, and lessons are designed to teach kids concepts and behaviors that enrich their lives, while keeping things exciting for young minds!

Kamijha Thiebaut, Rooted Ministries Director
Since I was adopted as a child I have been a part of the church. Even as a child, I’ve always wanted to work with children. I wanted to show them God’s love in the same way that my parents showed me love. At Spring Arbor University I studied to be a teacher so that I could work with children more effectively. It is my goal to help ensure that every child knows how much God loves them. My hope in working with the children of Found Church is to help them become rooted in church the way I have become.
